  1. You are provided with a Preparation Sheet that explains very simply how to prepare for treatment. A Treatment date and time is set up.
  2. We raise the entire livable space to a temperature of 120-140 degrees for a period of 4-6 hours. Our technicians enter the treatment area several times throughout the treatment. We continuously monitor temperatures, if necessary remove any heat sensitive articles, and ensure that NO egg, nymph or bedbug will survive. In most cases the customer can re-enter the property the same day. They are guaranteed to be Bed Bug Free.
  3. We schedule a 4 week follow-up inspection to insure that no bedbugs have been brought back in. If evidence of re-infestation is found the unit will be re-treated at no additional charge*       *[adjacent units must be inspected.]
